Course overview

Upgrade your career and establish yourself in business with this

entry-level course. The qualification will give you the practical skills needed to succeed in a wide range of business-related support roles within professional office environments in both the public and private sector.

People who hold this qualification are highly sought after in areas such as health care and social assistance, public administration, accommodation, hospitality and financial services. Queensland employment opportunities in these business support functions are expected to increase by 50,000 places over the next five years, and this program is perfectly suited to give participants a competitive edge.

You will be led by experienced trainers who will guide you through your course and enable you to successfully reach your goals. Participants will benefit from both formal training and the many opportunities to visit operating businesses and learn from one-on-one guidance by industry professionals.

The Certificate III in Business and our network of business contacts will soon enable you to write business documents, establish networks, organise and participate in meetings, make presentations and use business software.

These are solid skills on which to build a career and be placed or further study.
